How long will my order take to arrive?
Personalised items are made to order and typically dispatch within
3-5 working days, followed by 2–4 working days for UK delivery.

Can I change the personalisation after ordering?
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order — after this,
production may have already begun and changes may not be possible.

What if I spelled the name wrong?
Please check personalisation carefully at checkout — we personalise
exactly what's entered. If there's an error on our part, we'll
happily correct it free of charge.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We're happy to ship worldwide. Please note that international orders
may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes imposed
by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the
customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We're also
unable to predict or control customs processing times, so please
allow extra time for delivery on international orders. We are not
liable for any delays, charges, or issues caused by customs in your
country.

Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items can only be returned if faulty, as they're made
specifically for you.
