Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days, as each item is
personalised especially for you. UK standard delivery typically
takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Free UK delivery on UK orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we're
unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty
or damaged. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us
within 14 days of delivery at thepersonalisedstoreldn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out for you.

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery,
unused and in original packaging.
