PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Current turnaround is approximately 3–5 business days before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and depends on your chosen service. If you need your lunch bag by a specific date, contact us beforehand to confirm feasibility. A shipping upgrade may be required.

RETURNS & PERSONALISED ORDERS

Custom-made personalised products cannot normally be returned or exchanged if an incorrect colour, design or personalisation was selected. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly personalised by us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
